Behavioral Therapist
Role/Responsibility: Behavioral therapists undergo intensive and ongoing BHW trainings that adhere to research-based ABA methodologies. Behavioral therapists work one-on-one with the client in their home, community, or school to deliver discrete trial training (DTT) and pivotal response training (PRT) on measurable goals set by the intervention plan.
Work Hours: Part time and Full time employees with benefits depending on hours worked per week. 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday-Sunday shifts available. Immediate openings for 3-8pm shifts.
Minimum Qualifications: Behavioral therapists typically have Bachelor and/or Master’s Degrees and educational coursework completed in the areas of child development, special education, and/or psychology.
Case Supervisor
Role/Responsibility: Case supervisors serve various roles, which include managing client cases, delivering parent consultation, facilitating clinic meetings, and attending IEP meetings.
Work Hours: Part time and Full time employees with benefits depending on hours worked per week. Hours range from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm. Immediate openings for 3-8pm shifts.
Minimum Qualifications: Our case supervisors generally have extensive experience in the field of ABA and some have Master’s degrees in special education and psychology related fields with their BCBA or are BCBA eligible.
Position Supervised: Case supervisors oversee behavioral therapists and conduct routine weekly visits with behavioral therapists in the client’s home where inter-rater reliability and fidelity of the intervention are conducted.
