Available Positions:
Position: Behavioral Therapist
Role/Responsibility: Behavioral therapists undergo intensive and ongoing BHW trainings that adhere to research-based ABA methodologies. Behavioral therapists work one-on-one with the client in their home to deliver discrete trial training (DTT) and pivotal response training (PRT) on measurable goals set by the program plan completed by the case supervisor and clinical director.
Duty: We value accountability of our programs and dedicate much attention to accurate data collection. Behavioral therapists deliver intervention and record the child’s progress for further analysis conducted by the case supervisor and clinical director.
Work Hours: Part time and Full time employees with benefits depending on hours worked per week. 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday-Saturday shifts available.
Minimum Qualifications: Behavioral therapists typically have Bachelor or Master Degrees and educational coursework completed in the areas of child development, special education, and/or psychology
Reporting Supervisor: Case Supervision
Position: Case Supervisor
Role/Responsibility: Case supervisors serve various roles, which include managing client cases, delivering parent trainings, facilitating clinic meetings, and attending IEP meetings.
Duty: We value accountability of our programs and dedicate much attention to accurate data collection and supervision of our behavioral therapists. Case supervisors work closely with our clinical director to develop and modify intervention programs as needed.
Work Hours: Full time employee with benefits. 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
Minimum Qualifications: Our case supervisors have master degrees in special education and/or psychology related fields. Some have their BCBA or are BCBA eligible with years of training in behavioral analysis and working among individuals with autism and related disorders.
Positions Supervised: Case supervisors oversee behavioral therapists and conduct routine weekly visits with behavioral therapists in the client’s home where inter-rater reliability and fidelity of the intervention are conducted.
